4P Maintenance and Construction have been serving the people of Sussex and the beautiful surrounding countryside, in excess of 20 years.
We are efficiently able to undertake small property maintenance contracts up to and including home refurbishments, renovation projects, extensions and new builds and we continue to expand our core base of repeat clients, based on the quality of our work and our attention to detail.
We are able to initiate project management, liaising with customers, architects, building control and individual specialised contractors to ensure your requirements are on budget and on time.

SJ Thorpe Garden Maintenance
Our sister company, SJ Thorpe Garden Maintenance, was created to assist existing clients in the development and management of their delightful gardens without them having to undertake the back-breaking work which goes into it!
They have been working on and improving gardens since 1990.
Using knowledge and specialist equipment they are able to tackle hedge-cutting, pruning, lawn management, border and vegetable planting, decking areas, steps and much more.
